Q:     Are there any formatting changes that can be made to my report cards?
A: While the report cards have most of their material tied to grade book information, there are still some changes and
improvements that can be made.

Here is some of the information that can be added, changed, stylized, revised or removed on your report cards:
  • The top header of the report card (see image below). This includes:
    • School logo or emblem
    • School's contact information
    • Names of any administrators - principals, directors, clergy etc.
    • School's mission statement or Bible quotes
  • The grade scales, marking codes/key. Often times, this is the component that, when changed/altered/resized etc, can make the biggest improvement visually.
  • The teacher signature line or parent signature line
  • The order of the report card components*.  The report card components (see image below) include:
    • Course list/grades
    • Grade scales
    • Attendance table
    • Comments table
    • Signature lines
*=reordering the components does have some flexibility, however the course list will always appear first in the left hand side directly below the student and teacher's names.
