Q:     How do I edit my Attendance and Master Calendars for next school year?
A: After HelpDesk extends the calendar to the next year*, you can use School Year viewing option at the top of the left hand menu. Choose the next school year, then click the Change button. You can then add any Master Calendar entries and change the Type of Day on the Main Attendance Calendar for the next school year.

Note: There will always be a warning at the top of the page listing which calendar year you are viewing/editing. If you click out of the calendar area, it will reset to the current school year.

* = If your calendar hasn't been extended to the new year, contact HelpDesk and they will extend it for your school.
