Q:     What is the Honors Report?
A: Honors Report

The honors report is a report that generates a student's overall GPA for the last completed grading period. The system takes all of the student's report card grades, adds them together and then divides by the number of grades. If a course has been given a multiplier for a weight (x2, x3 etc) in GPA Calculation Controls, then that multiplier will be included in the overall calculation. Also, if a course has been given a '0' weight in GPA Calculation Controls, then the grade for that course will not be included in the overall calculation. Finally, if the report card grade does not match the grade scale that has been assigned to the course, then it will also be left out of the final calculation. Any report card grades that are not included in the final calculation will be highlighted in pink.

One last thing to note: When teachers enter letter grades into a report card, the system will calculate those letter grades using the click percentage (in the grade scale). The click percentage is the numerical value that is used for each letter grade that has been entered in the report card.
