Dear School Families:

Next Friday, March 20, at 2:10 PM the 8th Grade will be leading us as we pray the Scriptural Stations of the Cross in the Church. This is a wonderful way to gather together in prayer during Lent. Please join us if your schedule allows. Thank you!

We are looking forward to the Talent Show next Wednesday, March 18, at 8:15 AM. The children have done an excellent job preparing for the Talent Show. The previews were wonderful! I am looking forward to viewing all the acts together – please join us if you are available! Ours thanks to Mrs. Boschert, Mrs. Behrens, and Mrs, Chruma for organizing this wonderful event!

Report cards will be available online at noon tomorrow. On Wednesday, March 18, we will have Spring Conferences between the hours of 3:30 and 8:00. Teachers will be available between these times to meet with families. Families are welcome to sign-up for Conferences with their child/children’s homeroom teacher, program teachers, and/or departmental teachers. A Signup Genius link was sent home last Monday to all families through Fast Direct. If you are in need of the link, please notify me and I will resend it to you. Families need to sign -up for conferences by Tuesday evening, March 17. We look forward to seeing you as we begin the 4th Quarter!

During the Spring Conferences, we will have the Lost and Found on display in the center hallway. It always amazes me at the number of items which are left behind within a quarter. Please stop by to see if any of the items belong to you – Thank you!

We would like to congratulate the Miller Family; their name was drawn for the registration fee or $200.00 worth of STP certificates. I would like to thank everyone who has returned their registration packet to the office at this time. If you have not returned your registration packet, please do so as soon as possible. The information will help us for planning for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Thank you!

Last week’s Fish Fry was another huge success! 1393 dinners were served! What a fun and busy evening – everyone worked together to have things running smoothly as the crowds came through. We ask that each family works a minimum of three Fish Fry shifts – you’ll find that the evening is filled with fun and comradery. You can sign up for shifts on Sign-Up Genius, there is a QR code to the link on the flyer in this week’s packet. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with members of our St. Cletus Community. In the packet this week you will find a form from the Fish Fry Committee. If an individual works 4 fish fry shifts – you can choose one of the shirts on the form. Thank you for your continuous support!

Please remember that it is wonderful to have homemade desserts to end a perfect meal during the Fish Fry. A large number of desserts are consumed weekly; if you are able to bring a dessert it is appreciated! Desserts may be delivered to the cafeteria anytime on Friday. Thank you for your help!

Every Friday during the Fish Fry we will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets. The raffle will run through March 27, at 7:00 PM. The winner will receive half of the raffle, and the other half will go towards the playground fund. As of last Friday, the total collected is $3,125.00! Thank you for supporting our playground!

In the packet this week you will find information regarding our Music Bingo, being held on Saturday, April 18, at 6:00 PM. Come enjoy an evening of song with family and friends!

Please share the news of Our Help Pave the Path to Play Program! We have sold 101 bricks which is a wonderful start for our program. I would like to thank those individuals who have purchased a brick already! Please know that bricks can be purchased by individuals going together, by classes, in memory of or as a challenge between different groups, etc. Individuals can also donate without purchasing a brick. We appreciate everyone’s commitment to helping us provide a new playground for the children.

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 24, for St. Cletus day at La Tapatia. Enjoy a delicious dinner at La Tapatia and 15% of all sales will be donated to the St. Cletus PTO. Details can be found in the flyer in this week’s packet. We appreciate your support - Thank you!
