Next Tuesday, March 3, we will celebrate the March Birthday Blessing at 7:50 AM. All of our March Birthday celebrants are able to have a Dress Down Day on Tuesday in honor of their special day! Please join us for the Birthday Blessing if your schedule allows. Thank you!

Next Thursday, March 5, the 7th graders will be leading the Scriptural Stations of the Cross in the church at 1:20 PM. Please join us as we pray the Stations together. Thank you!

This Saturday, February 28, Baneet Jassal will represent St. Cletus in the Regional Qualifier Round of the Post-Dispatch Regional Spelling Bee. We wish him well as he participates in the next round of the Spelling Bee! Good Luck! We are so proud of you Baneet!

In the packet this week you will find information regarding our upcoming Talent Show. Please encourage your child/children to share their talents with our school community. This is a wonderful event for students – I am always in awe at the talent of our students! Mark your calendars for the try-outs on March 10th and 11th and the Talent Show on the morning of March 18.

I would like to thank all of those you have completed their registration for the 2026- 2027 school year. There are only a few days left to complete the registration process if you have not done so to this date. Please remember that registration is complete once you have completed the on-line form and return the signed Parent Witness statement and completed Scrip Program Agreement to the school office by Monday, March 2. If you owe a portion of the Commitment Fee, this must be paid by March 1 or it will be added to your April and May FACTS payment. St. Cletus Preschool registration forms are available in the School Office. All families who have completed the registration process by March 2 will have their names put in a drawing for either one free registration fee or $200.00 worth of STP certificates. If you have questions regarding tuition assistance, please go to www.ttef-stl.org to complete the Archdiocesan Scholarship application and contact Maggi Rimel or Mary Cooper at the Parish Center. Thank you!

Time is running out to complete an application for any of the available Archdiocesan scholarships, the deadline is February 28. Information can be found at the following link - ttef-stl.org/info-for-parents. If you need information regarding the process, please contact the school office. I ask everyone to review the criteria necessary to apply and take advantage of the opportunities if possible. Families currently receiving scholarships from the Today and Tomorrow Foundation must complete the requalification application by February 28 also.

Our first Fish Fry last Friday was a huge success, serving 1,222 meals. It was a wonderful kick-off to the Fish Fry season. Included in the packet you will find a form detailing all the jobs it takes to make the night a success. This will be a great reference to look over prior to working your shift. Please check out the information and join us throughout the upcoming weeks of Lent. It takes many hands to make the Fish Fry such a huge success. We ask that each family works a minimum of three Fish Fry shifts – you’ll find that the evening is filled with fun and comradery. You can sign up for shifts on Sign-Up Genius, there is a QR code to the link on the flyer in this week’s packet. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with members of our St. Cletus Community.

Please remember that it is wonderful to have homemade desserts to end a perfect meal during the Fish Fry. A large number of desserts are consumed weekly; if you are able to bring a dessert it is appreciated! Desserts may be delivered to the cafeteria anytime on Friday. Thank you for your help!

Every Friday during the Fish Fry we will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets. The raffle will run through March 27, at 7:00 PM. The winner will receive half of the raffle, and the other half will go towards the playground fund. Thank you for supporting our playground!

In the packet this week you will find information regarding our Music Bingo, being held on Saturday, April 18, at 6:00 PM. Come enjoy an evening of song with family and friends!

We invite you to attend the PTO Meeting next Thursday, March 5, at 6:30 PM. There will be a Social at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria prior to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. Thank you!

Please share the news of Our Help Pave the Path to Play Program! We have sold 96 bricks which is a wonderful start for our program. I would like to thank those individuals who have purchased a brick already! Please know that bricks can be purchased by individuals going together, by classes, in memory of or as a challenge between different groups, etc. Individuals can also donate without purchasing a brick. We appreciate everyone’s commitment to helping us provide a new playground for the children.
