4, 3, 2,1, Count the weeks till Jesus comes.
Each week we add another light,
Our hope for Jesus glowing bright,
We pray, we share, we do out part,
Too welcome Jesus to our hearts!


Happy Advent. We will continue to learn that Advent is the time when we prepare our hearts for Jesus’ birthday.
Though out the month of December we will learn the Nativity Story.

December 20th- Dress Out Day for St. Patrick's Center
December 21st- Advent Music Program 1pm in Church, Classroom Party 2pm, End of Second Quarter
December 21st- January 6th Christmas Break


Winter has arrived! Please make sure your little one has a warm jacket, hat and gloves for school. When weather allows we will be playing outside.
Within our classroom, your little ones are working on independence of putting on their jackets, hats and gloves by themselves. I also enogucarge them to try to zip their jacket before asking for help from a teacher or friend.
Please make sure their name is on the label : )


Mystery Reader:
If anyone would like to be a mystery reader, we would love to have you!
We are free Tuesday, Thursday or Friday mornings between 8:30 and 9am.
Or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons around 2, 2:15pm.
Bring yourself along with 2 or 3 books favorite books.
(If those those time frames don’t work we could work out something.)

Social Emotional Learning:
Through out my years in the classroom, I have learned the importance of teaching to the whole child. Teaching to the child's social-emotional development is so vital as they grow in their academics.
Though out our school year, I will have books and activities that will focus on feelings and how we react to those emotions.
