Kindergarten Parents,

We have begun our unit on Thanksgiving and will continue to learn more about how things were in the past, and how they are now in the future. God has blessed us with so much, and we need to remember to be thankful for all that we have including our parents, grandparents, siblings … and so on! Take some time to pull out pictures of you as a child and share memories with your kinder! You could also pull out baptism pictures and share how amazing it is to be apart of God's family

Next week is a short week due to Thanksgiving. We will be playing thanksgiving bingo, making turkey crafts, thankful posters, and thanksgiving placemats. We will spend our two days exploring the first Thanksgiving feast, the life of Native Americans, and the journey of the pilgrims.

It was great visiting with you for conferences last week. Thank you for taking time to partner with me to help these children have the best school experience. What an awesome group!

Religion time is learning and remembering about Moses getting the Israelites out of Egypt. We are enjoying the power we see in our God. Bible words: Love the Lord your God, and...serve Him with all your heart.

Tomorrow is our Popcorn, Pajama, Paw Patrol Party day!

PTL has informed us that the food/household items drive is being put off until January. Please watch the school newsletter for more information.

Hard to believe we are nearing the end of November and moving into December…. A few things to remember.
November 22-24 Thanksgiving Break
December 7 Craft Night 6:30 ( bring your kiddo and do a couple of Christmas craft together)
December 8 Late Start (see you at 10:00!)
December 10 Kindergarten sings at 8:00 am service
December 21 PS-8 (PM) Christmas Program (Ps-8th)
December 22 (AM) The second run of the Christmas Program
December 22 - January 2 Christmas Break

Donations needed: If you happen to be out and about and would like to donate a few things for the classroom we are in need of playdough, white card stock paper, glue sticks…Thank you!

To Do At Home: Create a snack mix and hand it out to people youyour child are thankful for! Be sure to tell them what a blessing they are to you. This teaches your children to appreciate others.

Have a Jesus filled week!!
