Q:     How can an administrator view and/or print a tax report for a specific family?
A: Here are the steps for administrators to view and/or print a tax report for a specific family:

Step 1 - Click on the Finance icon
Step 2 - In the Select Parents drop down at the top of the page, select the necessary family's name
Step 3 - About 4 lines below, look for the button that reads 'Deposits Only for Selected Family in Tax Year'; choose the correct year
Step 4 - Click the 'Deposits Only for Selected Family in Tax Year' button
Step 5 - Click Tax Year Printout
Step 6 - A new report will appear that you can print through your browser's print controls

If the family is inactive and you do not see them in the drop down, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Click on the Finance icon
Step 2 - At the top of the page, check mark the box that reads 'Include inactive parents'
Step 3 - Click Show balance / log transactions for selected family (This will prompt the system to load the inactive families in the list); The page will quickly refresh
Step 4 - In the Select Parents drop down at the top of the page, select the necessary family's name
Step 5 - About 4 lines below, look for the button that reads 'Deposits Only for Selected Family in Tax Year'; choose the correct year
Step 6 - Click the 'Deposits Only for Selected Family in Tax Year' button
Step 7 - Click Tax Year Printout
Step 8 - A new report will appear that you can print through your browser's print controls
