Q:     How do I remove a separate attendance calendar?
A: If a homeroom has been set up with a separate attendance calendar, then that typically means that homeroom does not have the exact schedule as what is set up in the Master Attendance Calendar.  For example, an 8th grade homeroom could have their last day of school a week earlier that the rest of the school.  Another example is if a preschool homeroom doesn't meet 5 days a week.

If a homeroom has been set up with a separate attendance calendar and this is no longer needed, then you can remove the separate attendance calendar and place the homeroom back on the Master Attendance Calendar.  Here are the steps for
removing a Separate Attendance Calendar:

STEP 1:
Click on the Calendar icon

STEP 2: In the left hand menu, select the 'Edit Separate Attendance Calendar' option

STEP 3: Under the gray header bar, choose the instructor in the Select Instructor drop down, then
click 'Remove'


These steps will place the homeroom back on the master attendance calendar but will not affect any of the previous attendance.
