Q:     Why does my page go back or refresh automatically?

A: If your page seemingly refreshes or goes back a page automatically and you have lost data while filling out a form or an FDmail message while drafting it then this may be the issue. For MacBooks there is a certain trackpad setting that commands your computer to go Back a page. You can test to see if this is occurring by turning off the setting. To do so, you'll go to System Preferences, Trackpad, and look for "Swipe between pages." Uncheck that box and then close system preferences.
