Q:     How do the 'new self-registrants' get access to their account?
A: If you have a new family that self-registered, you will not only need to accept their registration but you will also need to have them go through the Parent Activation Process so that they can log into their account. This includes giving them the Parent Activation Letter and their activation code. Here are the steps that an admin will need to take to start the parent activation process:

1. Download the Parent Activation letter found in Links
2. Find the parent's activation code by going to Reports, then Parent Data, then Activation Codes
3. Email the Parent Activation Letter and their code to the new family

The parents will complete the steps outlined in the Parent Activation Letter.
