Q:     How do I add a student to the system who will be applying for the next school year?
A: Step 1: Go to People, then click on Students.
Step 2: Click on 'Add new student' in the left hand menu.
Step 3: Answer the questions according to the student you are adding.

If a student is applying to the school and plans on starting next year, the system
will place that student in the Applicants group and not in an active homeroom.
