Q:     Can I batch upload student pictures?

A: HelpDesk can batch upload student pictures. Create a folder with the images in it. Each image needs to have an "s" and then the students ID number, and has to be a .jpg (example: s43.jpg). (You can Make Your Own Report and get all of the student ID numbers.) After you have all of the files named properly, please compress the folder. Then send the compressed folder (example: 1617.zip) to HelpDesk as an attachment.
