Q:     How do I enter report card comments when using the Comment Directory List?
A: How to enter report card comments when using a Comment Directory:
  • Go to Grades
  • Click Report Card Input is Requested (the yellow button)
  • Click Input under the heading Comments
    • If you're a homeroom teacher then you can enter general comments from the Input button found in the upper left section of the page
    • If you need to enter comments for a specific course then you can use the Input buttons found under the course names, listed along the bottom section of the page
  • Each student will show a scrollable box with the Comment Directory list to the right of their name
    • Click on the plus to add a comment
    • Scroll down to search through the alphabetical list of comments
    • Click in the text box to the far right of the student's name and see your cursor appear. Backspace(delete) text to delete any comment(s)
  • Click Enter notes as shown below to save comments
USEFUL TIPS:
    • Display previous comments will show comments from previous terms for each student
    • Refer to the drop down menu at the bottom of the page to switch courses
