Q:     Can parents see a report showing all of the Extended Care times and charges?

A: If your school is using Timer, then parents have access to an Extended Care Report which allows them to select a date range and a specific child (or all children). The report will then breakdown the charges and times within that time period. Here are the steps for how parents can access this report: 1.) Log in to parent account 2.) On the Home page, scroll below the FDmail and the grade report options 3.) Look for the header that reads 'Extended Care Report' - select the date range and child options 4.) Click 'View Report' A new internet window/tab will open which can then be printed from if needed.
