Q:     How do I enter T (Taught but not graded) or P (Pass) on the report card

A: How to enter T (Taught but not graded) or P (Pass) on the report card: From your Report Card Input page, refer to the Special Grade option, as shown below.  Click Input special grade for _____ for all students. The system automatically enters T in the Special grade field, but you can delete that and type P for Pass, if applicable. If there are any F's that need to be entered, you can first input P as the special grade and then edit any P's to F's, as needed. Next, you will see T printed in the grade field, as shown below. Click Submit grades as shown above to save. YOU MUST CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO SAVE.
