Q:     How did I get an incomplete clock after the date was billed and deleted?
A: Here's the process that can cause this to happen: 1. The database has a complete clock for a student and the Extended Care Log page is open on browser window A 2. Another user or the same user with browser window B goes to Billing while either that same user or a different user has browser window A and the Extended Care Log page still open 3. Browser window B clicks Charge on the Billing page 4. Before refreshing browser window A (the Extended Care Log page), someone enters an additional clock in for a student that was already charged. The system will save that clock in, but also refresh the page with that row as locked because the charge process has been run in the meantime. How to fix it? Contact helpdesk
