Dear Parents,
If your child does not regularly attend Ext. Care or is not enrolled in our full day program
for pre-school or kindergarten, we ask that you please give us at least a 24 hour notice the
day prior to your child utilizing Ext. Care so that we have time to staff properly.
Here are some reminders about Ext. Care.

1. All children must be fully and independently potty trained.

2. Please give extended care at least a 24 hour notice if you are not a regular user and must
utilize after care. If you are running late please call. If no notice is given you will
incur a $10.00 per hour charge.

3. Extended Care is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. If you come after 5:30 p.m. you will be
charged $5.00 for every 5 minutes you are late. (even if you call).

4. We no longer have a microwave. Please have all food for your child ready to eat or you may
order hot lunch from the hot lunch program.

5. Toys from home are not recommended and if brought to school will be you and your child's
responsibility this includes stuffed animals.

6. Naps are not provided. There will be some quiet times during the day for the children to
relax.

7. Electronics are not allowed on school days except after school outside the building if not
in extended care and in the gym during athletic events and on special days.
